Leonard Kawombe serves as Partner specializing in accounting, audit, and consulting services. His expertise in financial management, audit methodology, and business advisory, combined with international qualifications, ensures the highest standards of service delivery to our clients.

Sunday Denis Aliti is a seasoned development practitioner with over a decade of experience in Development Finance programming, Economic governance, and Monitoring & Evaluation. He brings a strong background in strategic leadership and technical support on program coordination, project management, economic policy analysis, partnership management, and resource mobilization.

Dr. Kot David Adhal Nguar is a South Sudanese Economist at ABL Management Consultancy. Prior to joining us, he is a Research Economist at the University of Rome – La Sapienza, working on the impact evaluation of conditional cash transfer on poverty alleviation and economic inequality in South Sudan. Dr. Nguar has worked extensively in academia and industry, i.e., UNO, INGOs, NNGOs, CSOs, CBOs in Europe and Africa, focusing on development economics, digital technology, public management reform, and political economy, primarily in emerging economies.

Ronnie Kyeyune is an auditor and financial management consultant dedicated to strengthening governance, enhancing internal controls, and building risk-based systems that enable organizations to operate with clarity and accountability. His work centres on designing audit frameworks that are both technically sound and practical — frameworks that help institutions understand their risks, meet compliance obligations, and make informed decisions.

Ayite Rose Kwoji is a diligent, articulate, and detail-focused Supply Chain, Economist, and Policy Analysis professional with strong experience liaising directly with stakeholders at all levels and disciplines. She demonstrates deep expertise in project operations including planning, management, implementation, integration, internal controls, resource utilization, and risk management.

Mr. Isidoro Simon Yak Bak is a proactive MEAL professional with over seven years of experience in monitoring, evaluation, research, and data analysis for humanitarian and developmental programs. He possesses extensive expertise in managing the full evaluation cycle—including baseline, mid-term, and endline assessments—while working alongside NGOs, UN agencies, and government stakeholders.

Mr. James David Vence is a Data Analyst with over four years of experience within the United Nations system (UNICC, UNDP, and WFP) and academic research institutions (University of Zurich and Trinity College Dublin). He possesses expertise in data analytics, machine learning, data visualisation and dashboard development, and policy analysis.

Ms. Geie Daniel is a public health professional with progressive leadership experience in humanitarian and emergency health settings. She currently serves as Health Promotion, Community Engagement and Protection Manager with Médecins Sans Frontières in Syria, where she develops and implements community engagement strategies, facilitates stakeholder collaboration, conducts rapid qualitative assessments, and manages protection activities including safe spaces.

Lipsey Simon Peter Ojok is a distinguished MELR expert with over seventeen years of experience specializing in the design of comprehensive MEAL frameworks, mixed-methods research, and strategic results-based management. His core expertise encompasses capacity building, grant development, and fostering adaptive management through data-driven accountability.

Mr. Banja Nelson Manoah Lokule is a dedicated professional committed to advancing sustainability and quality living through a diverse background in agriculture and education. His extensive experience includes serving as a Program Officer for the Eastern Africa Grain Council, where he implemented strategic country plans, managed stakeholder relationships, and spearheaded fundraising and grant proposal development.
